Who we once were...
We were originally part of ShinRa as their Black Ops. Officially, we were the Investigation Sector of the General Affairs Department, but underneath, we just handled all the dirty work that the Uppers didn't want on their hands. We knew about everything that went on in ShinRa, from problems with terrorists to modified soldiers. Eventually we broke away from ShinRa and became our own bosses once ShinRa began to decline, leaving only a small handful of us.

Who we are now...
Although, even as ShinRa decayed and died, we flourished and became an organization of mercs-for-hire to anyone willing to pay the price. We love money and are not afraid to put ourselves out in the line of fire... or kill a comrade. We mostly do what we want unless our leader plans otherwise. We still give our loyalty to one and only one family.
